When is the best time to buy baby items from Sears?
I am looking to purchase things such as a crib, dresser armoire, clothing etc.. & i do not want to pay full price for all of these items as it will cost me a small fortune which i do not have so i was wondering, out of personal experience , when is the best time to purchase these items from sears???
What to do when someone wants their baby items back and you no longer have them?
Okay, long story short, I was given a portable swing by a distant family member when I was pregnant with my son. She NEVER insinuated that she wanted this swing back. Well apparently she is due with her 2nd child in about 3 weeks and she spoke with my grandmother and told her to get the swing back from me... Well, the swing was not in the best shape when we got it from her and by the time we finished using it with my son it was pretty much useless... My husband and I moved into a new house about 2 months ago and I got rid of the swing because I didn& 039 t want to lug it around knowing I& 039 d never have a use for it again. What should I do? I feel awful. I didn& 039 t know she would want it back. I do have another swing I can give her but it& 039 s probably worth about triple the ammount of the one she gave me was and I really don& 039 t want to just give it to her I dont& 039 really even know this person . What would you ladies suggest?Would it be rude for me to let her borrow the really nice swing I have and ask her to return it after she& 039 s done with it? I don& 039 t think that would be right for some reason.. .I feel like I should just give her the nice swing but that REALLY sucks because I would want it for my next child..
Personal MUST HAVE baby items....?
OK so im 24 weeks pregnant and im having a girl but i want to start shopping and getting things with each paycheck so im not shelling all the money out at once when she comes lol. So for all you mommies, what was the one item or items that were a must have when you had your baby? Also things like toys and pacifiers and non essentials...your favorite brands and specific products. Anything you would reccomend to me as a young, first time mommy?

i found out i am expecting only after a accident and i was on bc i really wasent wanting another child since my youngest is disabled and its really hard i live in a small town and dont know how i am gonna afford all things baby i have no family or friends

Do WIC centers take free baby items for distribution to needy parents?
I was given a bunch of stuff to try and sell at a garage sale, and have some good quality baby items left over clothes, a few new bottles and some sort of educational bouncer seat . I really don& 039 t want to simply give it to just anyone on Craig& 039 s list, and there are no nearby pregnancy centers that are still operating. Obviously people who use WIC services are lower income families, so do the WIC offices accept used baby items for the needy parents?Thanks for the website, Carrie

Everyone is telling us to buy used baby items?
this will be my first child everyone my bf knows is telling him its a waste of money to go out and buy all new baby stuff, where as my family and friends are telling us to buy new its better. I want to buy the best for my child I am not a fan of buying all used for my child,we don& 039 t have money nor are we poor. please help me and what do you tell people who tell you to buy used?
What do you think about handmade baby items?
I have started a store on Etsy and I started with a few items but I intend to make more. I don& 039 t want to undercut how much I put into things, but I want things to be cute, yet affordable. So what do you think? I will also be adding baby bottle sippy cup wraps as well. So is my price reasonable? What kind of baby things would you look for on a site like this? Looking for place to sell baby items?
I live in a very small town. We have one Walmart, and one Target. Thats about it other than one grocery store. I have all of my daughters clothes and gear that she has outgrown and am looking for a place that I can sell it. I have tried craigslist but living in such a small town everyone is trying to sell the same items that were bought at the same store which makes it very difficult. I need to sell her stuff so that I can afford the next size up, does anyone know a place thats like craigslist that I can try?We only have one consignment shop and they aren& 039 t taking things right now because they have too much stuff. I& 039 ve also had some friends that used ebay, but I am looking for a place that doesn& 039 t have a lot of fees. Thank you.

My cousin got this really nice gift basket at her baby shower and if was filled with things from Baby Whatknots....does anyone know where the store is or how I can find it? I would love to get more of this stuff for my bf shower coming up in Sept. Thanks.
