How soon did you start buying major baby items?
I& 039 m 17 weeks pregnant. It seems like my husband is the 1 with MAJOR nesting problems He already has the babies room half ways cleaned out all we have to move is the computer to our room He has the paint just waiting on a nice day day off to paint. We bought a crib yesterday along with a playpen. both good deals we really didn& 039 t want to pass up I& 039 m scared to to death to do all these things. I think its like a jinx. since we did lose a pregnancy 2 years ago it was ectopic I have been checking out clothes but ONLY super clearance items. We have 4 cases of diapers & 2 cases of wipes already. My family since this is their first great grandchild great nieces or nephew they have bought us alot of little things. Every time I see any one huge family they have a gift of us. I love looking at them knowing I& 039 m pregnant. But yet again I& 039 m so scared to see them every day How soon did you start buying things major items for baby??We also started out baby registry for our baby shower yesterday. But nothing major on it. We are NOT finding out what we are having so everything as of now is green yellow & white.We want to buy the crib, play pen & car seats our selves everything else is going on the registry.
Tray of 15 baby items, any ideas? (for baby shower decoration)?

Need help with baby items and a place to stay!?
I& 039 m 25 weeks pregnant, and due to circumstances out of both me and my child& 039 s father hands, that I do not wish to explain, I& 039 m going to be a single parent I& 039 m trying not to stress and I& 039 ve called every number I can find. Including shelters, maternity and baby clothing giveaways, diaper giveaways. I& 039 m having a complicated pregnancy but the baby is perfect and they dnt think I will go into preterm labor so I have about 14 weeks max. I was adopted and I do not want my child to go through what I went through. I& 039 m a full time student studying computer engineering pursuing my bachelors. I have a year left and I haven& 039 t took of due to this unplanned pregnancy. I just hit an obstacle in my life where I& 039 m sure I can overcome with a little help. I& 039 m not looking to eat off taxpayers money or be on welfare, but if it comes to it I will for enough time to get back on my feet and not be separated from my child. I& 039 m having a little girl, not sure what a baby needs. I will breast feed so a car seat stroller crib clothes etc. I can get diapers, but maybe need to get newborn ones for a month. Also any shelter willing to take a pregnant women. Im in the state of Virginia, fairfax county
What are the top one or two baby items you couldn't live without the first month (or two)?
I got a limited budget and am struggling between a few different things to purchase now and some maybe a month or two after the baby is born. What are the top one or two... or three items that you couldnt live without? Some examples below...Rocking chair, changing table, bouncer, baby rocker, baby swing, baby travel swing, baby gym, strap on to mommy baby carrying thing...... etc etc

How did you feel, when you gave up all of your baby items?
I am a happily married mom of 4. We are adopting our youngest child on friday.Over the last few days I& 039 ve been giving away tons of baby items, that I have accumulated over the last 8 years. It makes me feel really sad that I won& 039 t be needing these things anymore. I know it& 039 s for the best, but a part of my heart is breaking. When did my babies get to be so big? I& 039 m sitting here shaking my head, just thinking back to the first pair of booties that I bought for my eldest child. When did his feet grow to big to fit these precious things? Oh well, all of it& 039 s going to a really good friend who is expecting multiples. She& 039 s going to need all of the help she can get So tell me.
