Confused about baby bottles!!?
Please can someone help as I& 039 m a little confused I would like to breast feed my baby when he is born in October, however my partner and I have bought a pump and bottles as we would like my partner and the grandparents to take a turn in feeding the baby but switching from breast to bottle wont confuse him will it? Also we have 4oz bottles and 9oz bottles, what age does the baby use which bottle? Also we have purchased one brand of bottles but I have found out that my partners mother has purchased another brand will this confuse the baby?

I'm sick of plastic baby bottles, but i dont want glass baby bottles because it might shatter.?
I hate plastic bottles. Ive tried every single one I swear and after 3 uses they smell like rotten cottage cheese even though i clean them within 5 hours of use. My baby drinks it, then i rinse it out, and then i clean it a couple hours later once shes down for a nap or bedtime. So I rinse out the big stuff before i wash it but im still running in to the awful smell and stentch. Even after 2 5 dishwashing cycles. So Im looking at glass bottles, but my baby almost toddler has a bit of a throwing problem. but i found this bottle, and its made with borosilicate glass. Its what they use for test tubes and stuff. They claim its more durable. Is it? Would it be worth it? Any bottles that dont stink after a few uses?Shes 16 months old, and only has a bottle right before nap time and right before bedtime. And due to some recent stress issues, the two bottles during the day are comfort for her.

my 17 month old daughter will not fall asleep without a bottle, I know its not a good thing but she will not settle, any & 039 sleep training& 039 does not work as she or just reverts back to being up 2 6 or so times up at night.so right now she gets toddler formula during the day and diluted 1 2 formula and 1 2 water at night, is formula watered down or milk worse on teeth in a bottle at night.i know 1% milk is not good for toddlers but she is getting enough, or more than enough toddler formula during the day or Homoginized milk during the day. 1% milk will only be for bed.

Hi,Wanted to find out if it is ok to wash baby bottles up during the day and leaving them in the steam steriliser and then sterilise last thing at night?

Me and my girlfriend were discussing the stupidity of how some baby bottles are 4 each and are " top brand" , and the own brand Boots in this case are cheaper, but aren& 039 t inter changeable between sterilisers of teets. Just wanted to know if anybody had found a " matching pair" as it were between brands or if it will be an inevitable case of raping parents of their cash.
