I know how you feel. I am always washing bottles... sometimes 2-3 times a day. I don 't think there is another way to wash bottles other then sink or dishwasher. |

How lazy and ridiculous, its your child for goodness sake, you will have to do a lot more than that for the child when they get older. If your finding a minor task difficult to do now i don 't want to think what you are going to be like in the future. |

Buy bottles with drop ins? There really isn 't that many ways of washing baby bottles besides the sink or dishwasher! I hated it too but its part of mommyhood! |

That is my least favorite chore, I feel your pain! Especially since my son uses the Ventaire bottles and they have five pieces! I don 't think there are any devices other than the dishwasher :( |

We use drop ins, but it doesn 't save any washing time.. I still find myself washing the bottle every time I use it. Sometimes with my diswasher I just fill my top rack with baby stuff and run it ... it may seem wasteful, but if you are desperate for time.. it helps. |

I hated washing bottles so much and as first time mom was scared the sink wasnt sterilizing my bottles properly so i bought enough bottles that i could go all day without cleaning bottles. i used the playtex drop ins so that the actual bottle part wasnt very dirty and didnt have to go in my son 's mouth so i rinsed the nipples and boiled them and washed the rest of the bottle in the sink. but i prefered the dish washer so if it was close enough to full i 'd jam them in there. theres no way to get out of washing bottles, you 'll get used to |

It is a pain. I bottle fed the second six months with my 2, and when I have the next I am going to stick with breast for a year cos they 're far easier to wash - in the shower! I found a routine of washing helped so I didn 't even notice I was doing it after a while. e.g. Scrub around screw neck, dunk scrub bottom, dunk scrub sides in strokes from bottom to top, turning the bottle with my other hand, dunk scrub inside the neck all around, turning the bottle, dunk. similar sort of thing with rings and teats. Scrubbing bottles is just a fact of using them I 'm afraid. |

Tell your husband you love him, and hand him the sponge and soap. Some tips though. When you 're done with a bottle, rinse it IMMEDIATELY. Rinse and shake the bottle so it gets the milk out of all the corners. It makes it so much easier to wash. |

Well, maybe if you take and fill the sink with hot soapy water and just let them soak and then rinse them it would be easier. don 't forget to sterilize them! Boiling them works, using a bleach soak (follow the directions on clorox.com) or you can buy a bottle sterilizer. But i don 't think there is any other way to wash them. |
