Question: What is the most comfortable baby carrier that faces in and out?

Avoid Evenflo, Eddie Bauer, and Infantano, even Bjorn isn 't good for baby 's hips and spine. I just lucked out buying an Ergo for $20 used on ebay. For newborns, you need a newborn insert. I need this for a toddler, so I am not sure about how to use with lil ones. I know that carrying my 25 pound 2 yr old on my back is comfy! We initially used a ring sling and the Slingling pouch sling (from Attached to Baby.com which is a top site for safe top rated slings and carriers) these are unsafe carriers sleepingbaby.net/ safety.php

The most COMFORTABLE would be a wrap carrier, it is possible to have them facing outwards in a wrap carrier BUT it is not easy. It 's also not comfortable to wear with the baby facing away from you. Honestly when my kids wanted to face away from me I just put them in the stroller. It was a heck of a lot easier.

I have a moby wrap and i love it. you can cary your baby in more than just 1 way. my son loves it too. = ) it is very comfortable. i think there are 6 positions to cary baby. you can also brestfeed while using it. i would recamend it to everyone. Edit: also the moby holds twins and babies from 5-35lbs.
