Where did you buy your baby furniture?
We are looking for things like cribs, changing tables, etc. but the stores like Walmart near us do not carry these things in store. I hate to have to go to a furniture store because I am sure it will cost more. Did you order online or go somewhere else?
Is there any baby furniture in leather? and why not?

Where in Canada can i buy baby furniture?
I have just moved to Canada from the UK and i am looking to kit out a nursery ready for baby to arrive in a few weeks. I am having a real problem trying to find places to buy baby furniture. In the UK there are loads of places to shop mamas and papas, mothercare, argos etc. I cannot find any national stores that specialise in baby stuff. I am in Calgary. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it

Where can I get inexpensive baby furniture?
So I& 039 m only 6 weeks pregnant, but I& 039 m already pricing out baby furniture so we can save accordingly. Does anyone know any websites stores that sell inexpensive baby furniture? I want a crib that will be safe for my baby but don& 039 t want to spend a fortune... example no Pottery Barn Kids furniture I& 039 d like to buy a matching set in a natural color with a convertible crib. Looking to spend anywhere from $150 $250 per piece, or even less if possible. Thanks all Craigslist is a great idea. I& 039 ve been looking and haven& 039 t found much I like yet, but I know I have a ton of time. Hopefully I& 039 ll find something there I like, but just incase I need a backup
Going baby furniture shopping in Perth, Western Australia - Any advice on where to shop?
I know there are shops all over the place but as we dont live in the city i was hoping to narrow the shops down to a few close to each other or even the warehouses in Scarborough if there is such a place.Any advice from fellow WA mothers would be great.Thank you
White or wooden baby furniture?
Hi everyone. I have a very random question to ask from your experience which is better white or wooden nursery furniture? We are choosing our cot tomorrow for our first child and cannot decide white or wooden. I prefer the look of white furniture, but I am wondering if wooden is better from a practical view point keeping it clean etc . Any advice? Thanks so much.
Is there any good quality baby furniture anymore?
We recently returned a crib that was recalled. We decided to go higher quality and spend 400 on a crib and 600 on a matching armoire. Simmons, from Baby Depot, supposed to be top of the line good quality. We brought them both home today and removed the box from the armoire first. We weren& 039 t very happy. The side panel wasn& 039 t even fitted correctly, nor completely stained as well as with a big gash in it. Then as the father in law inspected further the top board wasn& 039 t even on right. The whole thing just looked BAD. So we called the store and they are ordering another one for us which will take 12 to 16 WEEKS. We decided ok. That& 039 s fine. We had to go out and came back home and opened the crib and started to assemble it and low and behind we find problems. The holes are not drilled properly to assemble it. It& 039 s not like we can drill into the wood to fix the simple problem. The holes have metal rivets in them. Well that would be another 12 to 16 weeks and frankly we& 039 re just not very happy after coughing up a big chunk of money. We& 039 re going to go back and just get our money back. Are there any good quality furniture& 039 s any of you could suggest we look in to?
Does anyone know if Boori baby furniture is Australian made?
I am trying to find out if Boori brand baby furniture is Australian made. This is from their website Q What type of timber does Boori use? A Boori use the beautiful, fine grain Queensland plantation Araucaria timber, a non toxic type, ideal for cots and other baby furniture. So I know what it& 039 s made of but not where it& 039 s made. I have a question about baby furniture please answer?
I live alone and I am due 9 1. I would like to know if you ladies know of any companies who help in putting together the furnitures that is bought from their store. My unborn child& 039 s father is no longer in my life thank God because he was a major mistake that I made so I have no one to help me put the furnitures together because now every body is so busy and act like they don& 039 t have a minute to help out anyone. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Is it possible to ship baby furniture ie crib, changing table from the US to Canada? my aunt has bought a crib, changing table dress and doesn& 039 t know if she can ship it or if i have to drive down there and pick it up?thanks
Does anyone buy used baby furniture?
I personally never have but I found a great Jenny Lind changing table for 20 bucks Has any ladies ever found great deals? Do you repaint them or keep them the same...I know now a days you have to be tight with money..yea i realize that lol the finish is like an oak color and is in great shape. I found it on craiglist.I like those Yes I am buying it this weekend if all goes well....i pray I get them because i have like 7 weeks left...only around three till im full term lol
Any charities in new orleans who give free baby furniture?
I& 039 ve recently moved back to the new orleans area and im looking for a charity that helps with infant items.
Is there any other stores besides babies r us & baby depot that I can buy baby furniture, toys ect at?
All the stores I wanna shop at are 2 hours away and dont hav the time to drive far away. There has to be other stores. I kno theres Walmart but where else?
