Did you think of craigslist or a consignment store? |

Check and see if you have the store "kid to kid " in your area. It can save you some money on your baby supplies. It did with us. |

Um...you forgot clothes, food (your baby will start on more than just milk sometime after 6 months), cups, cutlery, weather-specific clothing, clothing of different sizes...and if you 're buying all those bottles, where 's the formula? If you plan to breastfeed, you don 't need the bottlefeeding equipment. |

Some suggestions: - Hold off on some of the bottles unless you decide you really need them? - Something for cleaning bottoms with e.g. bulk pack of 'chux ' cleaning cloths, cut in half. Can wash and re-use. - Wouldn 't bother with the bouncer if you 've got the swing. I fed bubba in the swing to begin with! - Is there a mattress included with the cot? Mattress protector? (you listed 'bedding ') - Skip the baby tub if possible - borrow? They 're a pain - big, heavy with water, they grow out of them fast. Is there a laundry or kitchen sink you could use? Or just bathe with them? - Is it cheaper to buy traditional cloth diapers rather than burp cloths? That 's what I used... You could colour code somehow if they 're the same as the nappies you plan to use. - Somewhere to change them? Could be on top of a set of drawers - just add a changing pad. Don 't get cloth - plastic is better because you can wash it and just add one of the 500 wraps you 'll receive as gifts on the top... - pram? Did you re-post this question? There is no information in this question (apart from in your edit) about the unisex clothing etc., so apologies if I have repeated something you have mentioned already. |

Apologies if I suggest something you already have but how am I to know what you already have at home = ) - with the bedding, make sure either the mattress has a waterproof cover or you buy a separate one. - choose a swing or a bouncer. On a budget, you don 't need both. - you don 't need a 'bulk ' pack of pacifiers. Your baby might not even need one. Just have a couple, one for incase you need one. One incase that one is lost. - you said you 're breastfeeding 100%? You won 't need the bottles then. Nor the bottle brushes. Nor the spare teats. You 'll just need breast pads, maybe nipple cream, maybe a nursing cover and maybe nursing bras 's and/ or nursing tops. If you aren 't breastfeeding 100% then you won 't need too many teats. Just some of each stage. You 'll also need a way of sterilising them & storing pumped milk. - obviously if you 're having a girl then you 'll have those clothes from your other daughter but if you 're having a boy then you 'll definitely need more clothes. Stick with baby gro 's & onesies for the first couple of months. Some outfits for the later months. Hats. - you 've covered products... So you 'll have baby bath, shampoo, lotion, nappy cream, baby wipes etc. - changing mat or table? Changing bag? - don 't know if you have a pram & weathershield? Weathershield for the car seat? - sunblinds, baby on board sign etc for the car. - you have a high chair for when solids are started but do you have plate/ bowl, cutlery, bibs, food storage pots, something to make purée with... - hooded towels, sponge etc for baby 's bath time. Bath thermometer. - room thermometer. Monitor? Like I said, don 't know what you already have. Try eBay & Amazon? Charity shops etc = ) congratulations! |

The crib, bouncer, and swing I would for at Craigslist or yard sales. Burp cloths, just get some regular towels. Highchair ........ have you ever considered NOT getting a high chair, but yet getting a booster style seat that fastens onto your regular dining room chairs? We have one from WalMart for $15, no bulky high chair taking up space. And as for the car seat ....... are you going with a convertible seat from day one or an infant seat? On a budget, the cheapest infant seat might be a wiser investment. Some babies outgrow these by 6 months. The Cosco Scenera is a top rated convertible for $45 from WalMart. The Evenflo Triumph 65 goes for about $140, but ....... will last you from birth to about age 4. |

So of things you have on there such as burp clothes and the clothing if you look around or buy at the end od season sale you can save a fortune. Target has 6 packs of burp bibs for under $9, 5 packs of onies for under $10 and heap more on sale. If your on a tight budget look around, buy on line and don 't be afraid to by things on clearance. I didn 't see a stroller on your list. Also young babies really don 't need to many outfits just a couple as if you thing back they tend to spend much of their first 3 months in sleep suits I know mine did do. |
