What are the most recent trends in baby items/ baby gear right now?

From what I 've noticed in a lot of the baby boutiques the trend seems to be a more natural or environmentally friendly approach. Things like cloth diapers and homemade baby food seem to be making a big comeback right now. Baby wearing is also becoming really popular, I see a lot of wraps and slings for sale in the baby stores. Jogging stroller or strollers that have the option for baby to face mom seem to be pretty popular right now too.

Hmm... boppies, slings, bumbos... Baby legs! I love those things. Cloth diapering seems semi-in... Maybe I just know a lot of people doing it at the moment. I think hats will always and forever be in for babies. :) But, hey, I don 't know, I don 't really buy much "in " stuff, I just buy what I like for my daughter...as long as it isn 't super pricey...
