Baby Items

Question: Looking for place to sell baby items?

I live in a very small town. We have one Walmart, and one Target. Thats about it other than one grocery store. I have all of my daughters clothes and gear that she has outgrown and am looking for a place that I can sell it. I have tried craigslist but living in such a small town everyone is trying to sell the same items that were bought at the same store which makes it very difficult. I need to sell her stuff so that I can afford the next size up, does anyone know a place thats like craigslist that I can try? We only have one consignment shop and they aren& #039;t taking things right now because they have too much stuff. I& #039;ve also had some friends that used ebay, but I am looking for a place that doesn& #039;t have a lot of fees. Thank you.

You could try listing the items in a differant location such as a bigger city close by in your area on craigslist. I know what you mean about the small town because I grew up in one. You could also search online for consignment shops in the biggest city thats closest to your small town. You might have to drive 30 mins but if it means getting the items sold that might be worth it. I know here in Michigan we have a store called "Once Upon A Child " and it 's a consignment shop and in just about every bigger city. And they deal mostly with baby items and maternity clothing. My ultimate suggestion would be to do an online search outside of your area for a bigger consignment shop. Good Luck

What about having a yard sale? I know you said you live in a small town, how far are the larger cities from you? Once Upon a Child is a great place to sell kids clothing. Maybe check to see how far one is from where you live? Good luck!
