Clothes (onesies, pjs, hats, mittens, socks etc), blankets, burp cloths, diapers, wipes, diaper ointment, powder, grooming kit, bath stuff (wash cloths, towels, shampoo, etc) pacifiers, bottles, bottle brush, bibs, play gym, bouncy seat, car seat, stroller, swing, crib, bassinet It 's hard to say how much you will need of everything. You will need A LOT of diapers so the more the better. You will need a lot of burp cloths and baby clothes unless you want to wash them every single day. I have a bunch of bottles but only really use 3. But I mostly breastfeed anyway, so you might need more bottles. Just get a basic amount of things you will need and add to it as you go. Add: You don 't wanna use nail clippers because the nails are too soft and very hard to clip without clipping the fingertips. You should just file them in the beginning, whcih they will tell you in the hospital and show you how to do it!!! All that stuff usually comes with a grooming kit. And about the baby powder. Maybe some people should get their facts straight. There is nothing wrong with using powder. It is even recommended, to keep the area dry. What pediatricians recommend you NOT to use is talc based baby powder. So just look for talc-free powder |
