My boppy pillow is machine washable. Use a mild detergent and wash it separately on cold. Tumble dry it on low heat or air with some clean sneakers or tennis balls to helps the cotton inside from clumping up. If you prefer to air dry you can do that as well.

Boppy pillows (the U-shaped baby pillows) are machine washable and tumble dryable. On the tag it says it can even be bleached when necessary, and it suggests putting a tennis ball (dryer balls work too) in the dryer with it to fluff it back up after washing.
