Tips on buying baby shoes?
My daughter is walking now and she is coming up to 12 months, I am having a nightmare getting shoes for her, I dont have much money so looked on ebay and bought a few pairs but they are useless, one is not suitable for walking babies, and one she can& 039 t get her foot in as the back is so high. I bought her trainers in the shop earlier but even they seem like they only just fit size 3 , tho& 039 the next size up looked far too big.Any tips on where to get cheaper good quality soft soled shoes would be appreciated

We got a pair of baby shoes for our one year old who is just starting to walk but the bottom slips. Is there any product out there to add stickiness to the bottom of the shoes so they won& 039 t slip? Slip decals or something?

Lol, a bit of a random ask here but Im trying to make some baby shoes for 0 3 month olds and 3 6 olds and I need to know roughly what length they would need to be from the heel to the toe . My son is 9 months now and I& 039 ve packed away all of his small shoes and can& 039 t find them to measure If you have any near you in the above sizes please do a desperate mummy a favour and let me know the sole measurements, I will be forever grateful xxx
What brand of baby shoes do you use?
I would rather my son walk barefoot, but he will be learning to walk this summer, and shoes will be necessary outside. I have been introduced to Rileyroos, and think they are adorable But I don& 039 t want to be sold on one single brand and not look at others first. I am looking for a shoe with very soft and flexible soles. Another thing I am looking for in them is shoes that will encourage his natural gait. Hopefully not too expensive too. . What shoes do you recommend or use for your LO?

I got a couple of thumbsdowns for saying that my daughter never had & 039 cruising& 039 shoes and that I kept her in socks or barefooted until she was walking, and then soft soled shoes outside or in stores until she was quite a bit older. Do babies need baby shoes? Why? I was under the impression that it& 039 s best to let their feet grow unencumbered.Libby Can you give a reference as to why they need shoes? Every report I& 039 ve found online has said that they need a soft soled shoe for protection in walking outside once they start walking hard soled being used only when they are very very good at walking , but should be left as barefoot as possible until 2 for the strengthening of the ankle, proper development of the arch, and strengthening of the toes, for all around better walking skills.If you have a reference that says otherwise, I want to see it. That& 039 s what I& 039 m asking for.

I have a pair of shoes Robeez for him when he& 039 s out ... but at home he& 039 s barefoot or in socks.I& 039 m assuming he should be wearing shoes out at this point. Correct?
