Baby Shoes

Question: Branded baby shoes v store brand & sizing.....?

My baby is 11 months old today YAY! I purchased her some first shoes from Clark& #039;s which were quite pricey she refuses to keep them on and TBH they were very difficult to get on her feet as she scrunches her toes up. However in mothercare they had a cheap pair and i tried on a size bigger than what Clark& #039;s said she was , they fitted perfect but obviously were to big, as her toes were nowhere near the end They looked so much more comfortable and her feet didnt look as chubby around the t bar area. Would they be ok ? Would they damage her feet?

If her feet aren 't squashed up and her toes have plenty of room then I 'm sure they 'll be fine. Probably best to make the most of the fact that babies really don 't care what brand/ label they wear now because it won 't be long before anything she won 't wear anything but the latest trend. ;-D

If her feet look chubby in the bar area when she wears the shoes from Clark 's then those shoes are too small on her, as she didn 't get much use from it see if they 'll let you return it for the next size up. kids ' cannot get their feet ruined from wearing shoes that are a bit too big, so yeah, I think they would be ok .

Try clarks doodles - they are about £10 cheaper than the actual clarks first shoes. I just bought Soph a new pair last week and Im in love with them. If u put ur child in shoes that are too big it will make her scrunch her toes more to hold them on and in place. Clarkes staff are supposed to be trained to measure properly so if ur not happy i would go back and tell them ur concerns, they should recheck to reassure u, they are expensive shoes so u should get quality service too. i recently had my baby measured for new shoes and asked about clarkes doodles. i was told not to get them when its the first shoe as they wouldn 't have as much support as regular ones. my 2 babies were toe scrunchers too but they lose this habit after a week or two.
