How do I make a baby wrap out of a sheet? I lost the webpage?
I know it can be done but I lost the webpage that I saw it on. Also, can it be done with a fitted twin sized sheet if I cut the elastic pieces off?I tried doing the wrap with one of my queen sized sheets and it wasn& 039 t long enough to work, so I thought if I cut the twin sheet in half and then sew it together real well that it would be long enough.
What baby wrap is best?
I already have a maya wrap and an ergo from my first baby. however, I recently saw someone using a wrap and I am very interested in using one for my second baby. My question is, what brand of wrap is better? I& 039 ve seen the Moby wrap, the Sleepy wrap, and a few more. They are all about the same price so I& 039 m not worried about that. Anyone have any experience with wraps and which one would you reccomend?
What shall i have my baby wrapped up in at nite?
as it is very warm these day& 039 s and my bedroom where the baby sleeps it is 25 degrees...i am worried that she may be too hot i have just been wrapping her up in a sheet at nite. will this be enough for her as i know babies lose alot of heat...baby is 5 weeks oldbaby is in a vest and sleepsuit

I have a co worker that& 039 s pregnant, and we have an inside joke aboutpenguins. Long story, never mind. Anyway, for a baby shower gift,I want to get her a bath towel wrap that is a penguin design. NOTa towel with penguins printed on it, but a wrap with a hood. I& 039 ve looked online at Pottery Barn Kids, Lillian Vernon, Target, and Lands& 039 End, and they have frogs, etc. but no penguins. I& 039 ve made 2 of these before, one was a duck, one was a lamb, but I haven& 039 t seen a pattern for a penguin. Maybe if I just found a pattern for a penguin Halloween costume, I could adapt it to be a bath wrap? What do you think? Thanks for your help

I was told that the Moby wrap is great although with the material being stretchy it isn& 039 t as effective when baby is over 15 pounds or so. I was told to get a woven wrap. SO far I have looked at the Metro mamma, Ella Roo, the gypsy gauze. I am confused. I already have two snugglies and a sling that just dont& 039 work for us.

I& 039 m taking a vacation with my 7 moth old and i was wondering if is ok for me to take her in a mei tai or a ring sling.I heard somewhere that u CAN& 039 T, but I dont understand why?I would Think that is safer if the baby is our arms wraped around instead that just in my arms all lose. In case something happens he will end up flying around.also how much more money i would have to pay if i want to take the baby car sit with my luggage?I dont want to take the car sit in the plane because I would have to pay for another sit. I just wanted to take it with me for when I arive to my destination.

Which brand do you have prefer or do you make your own? if you make your own what kind of fabric do you use and where do you get it? for those who bought one why do you prefer that brand over other?I have one store bought and one homemade one, but would like one more for when those are in the wash and to have a choice of colors. I am asking because i was doing research and found SO many brands that are all different yet claim to be the best most comfortable. so i wanted some others imputs from those who wear them. also do you have a sling and which do you prefer your sling carrier or your wrap more?I have the ultimate baby wrap I LOVE THIS and one i made my self not as stretchy so i like it for longer wearing, but my son will sit in ultimate wrap longer . i also have the infantino sling hate this and a homemade ring sling undecided about this one . I was wondering why other brands are better? or what type of fabric you made yours out of? which do you prefer stretchy or not?

I was given one of those baby wrap carriers thats just the long stretchy like fabric. The lady who had given it to me showed me quickly how she wrapped her 7week old in a nursing position. I cant remember how she did it? I have a 4 day old newborn I would like to wrap up close to me. Baby wraps?
does any one know where i can find a baby wrap pattern on the internet??? not the slings one of those wraps that go over you and the baby sort of like a tshirt, like a sling thing but with no buckles or rings.
