Weigh loss tips

Question: I have a question about weight loss that may seem like simple math, but when it comes to weigh loss it's not..?

Supposedly, if you burn 3500 calories, you burn 1 pound. So I went on a site that shows how many calories I would burn in a typical day from the activities that I do. So what I figured is that in 24 hours I burn about 5000 calories in a day. Now if I were to eat just 1500 calories in a day, would I lose a pound a day or does it not necessarily work that way? Some people say it all depends what you eat, when you eat, and all that. So does anyone have any opinions about this? |

Unless you are extremely obese or do hard labor all day it 's pretty much impossible to burn 5,000 calories a day. And you would have to be eating 5,000 calories a day right now just to be maintaining your current weight. You might want to check out another website for more accurate information. Try fitday.com to see how many calories you burn a day based on your height, weight, and activity level. It will also help you keep track of the foods you eat and calculate how much you burn exercising or doing everyday activities. You can also go to walking.about.com/ cs/ calories/ l/ blcalcalc.htm to calculate your basal metabolic rate, which is how many calories your body burns each day based on your lifestyle. |

It 's not that simple. There 's hormones, metabolism and quality of calories that all come into play. |

Calories is a large topic when it comes to weight loss. We need to know three definitions: the amount of calories in our food, the amount of calories a certain physical action uses up each hour, and last but not least our own personal daily limit of calories. The only thing which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it was reported in Fox News and CNN. I lost 25 pounds, it clearly does work! |

Not 100% sure about the other stuff, but when you eat i KNOW makes a HUGE difference! Eat most of you calories in the first few hours of your day, BIG breakfast Quite large lunch and average dinner, dont eat anything after 8 or 9 AT ALL!!! This is because you burn most of your calories during the day and if you eat a large breakfast (not only is it good for you and fuels your whole day) it burns off over the day, and turns into muscle too! If you eat late at night it sits over night and turns into fatty stores!! Dont eat at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
