Question: Help with weight loss?

I have heard so many things about losing weight I only need to lose about 20 to 30 pounds, Since I've had my second baby It's been hard to get the weight off. ANY HELP. |

How about power-walking outside, for a few days. Then switch to jogging. |

Hi ok well i sugguest trying weightwatchers. I just started and in one week i lost 6 pounds i was really surprised. It 's really helping me stay organized and everything. Go to the website and find if the have meetings close to you and go check it out first meeting is free so its really helped me so far i 'm aiming to lose 20-35pounds so i 'm really happy with this program. But if you don 't want to do that exercise is KEY it really is go walk everyday for 30 minutes no stopping jsut walk and cut down on white foods and such it will help a lot. Also instead of sodas,juices etc. drink milk and water. My friend lost 30ish pound (in the long run) when she stopped drinking soda and other stuff. Hope this helped |

Lower your portions little by little and do some walking or jogging. Sometimes playing with your children will help you if they are very active... chasing me around when I was little helped my mom XD If you depend on your car to go places try walking to those places instead and if you tend to park close to the store or wherever it is that you go park farther so you get a nice walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator unless you can 't. Basically just do little things to get a bit of a workout. Amp up on fruits a veggies. Steamed rice and lean meats are good. |
