I am a 21 yr old female, 5'8, 110 lbs. i have always had a problem gaining weight and have weighed the same thing since high school. which is not a bad thing-people always say i look good and in shape. however, this does not give me the motivation to work out and keep in shape and so i have never worked out in my life. i have just started jogging to keep into shape, but i am worried that this routine will make me loose weight-which i do not need. i just want to jog to get into shape, have more energy, and tone my ass. anyway, is jogging a bad idea for me? i dont want to loose any weight. i dont want to loose weight!

If you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight so if you are going to workout more and do not wish to lose weight you will need to eat more.
