Question: Help! hydrocortisone tablets not helping weight loss?

To boost my cortisol levels, I have to take hydrocortisone tablets. but I am currently trying to lose weight. I keep going swimming 4 times a week and eating 1200 calories a day, so why can I not lose the weight?!?!
