So, I'm 13, about to become 14, and I'm 5'3", and weigh 138-145lbs (It varies). My BMI keeps bouncing between 24.5-27. I'm going away for camp in just over a week, and I'll be there for three weeks. My school year starts up mid-August, and I want to drop at least one size before then. Help!

You have to eat healthy! Vegtables, fruit, fish, lean chicken. There are tons of websites that have healthy eating tips. If you want to exercise, take a run or a walk. If you don 't do sports, ask your parents about joining an exercise class. Martial arts are great for your age!

Skipping rope :) working for me at the moment i do 10 minutes when i get home then 10 minutes at night or do as many as you can. Listen to music too its good motivation to push yourself that little bit further if you say to yourself il stop after this song. Also if you need tips foodwise i would just say dont go on a diet were that you wont stick to because then your more tempted to binge. I would say cut out junk BETWEEN meals and have a yogurt or something instead.

There 's plenty of things Like: -Eating the Acai Berry, (It helps you loose weight fast and its healthy) -Exercising 3 times a week til camp... -Eat Healthy meals, and have low-calorie snacks Etc. (:
