Im 22, male and wouldnt say im over weight, but a little out of shape. Ive started jogging 3 days a week for approx 45 minutes. would you say this is effective for weight loss? I have a good diet and my calorie intake is average, im looking to lose a bit of weight around midriff and chest area. will this help do you think? also how long do you think it would take me to lose about a stone with this plan? thanks

So long as your sweating and working you 're doing more than you would be if you were sitting at home. 3 days a week is a good start but make sure you also concentrate on your caloric intake. Depending on your weight it will generally take someone about 2-3 months to lose 1 stone of fat. Not just weight, because you will be gaining muscle while your at it.

MUscle weighs more then fat so if you dont lose frist it will be muscle and when you stop working out you will be fat
