Question: Is this plan effective for weight loss?

Im 22, male and wouldnt say im over weight, but a little out of shape. Ive started jogging 3 days a week for approx 45 minutes. would you say this is effective for weight loss? I have a good diet and my calorie intake is average, im looking to lose a bit of weight around midriff and chest area. will this help do you think? also how long do you think it would take me to lose about a stone with this plan? thanks

Eat a balanced diet & avoid processed foods. drink lotsa water, watch portion sizes, and see your doctor.

I would keep at that pase until that 45 min seems easy. and gradually increase the amount you run. I cant tell you how much weight you will loose because everyone 's metabolism is different. but if you maintain this you will feel great and loose weight! also challenge yourself by having core work out
