According to your height you should be between 114-133lbs. Best way to burn fat all over is cardio, go running for 30 minutes. Cardio is the one thing you can do everyday, and it only benefits you. Doing this, you will improve your metabolism, and the rate at which your body burn calories. But until your body gets in good shape, I suggest really watching what you eat. You definitely need a well balanced diet (eating healthy not starving or cutting meals) in order to lose weight. Don 't look up diet 's on the internet, they don 't work. Once you stop dieting according to those, your entire body just bloats again. Just watch how many calories your consuming (2,000 is the regular daily intake) which is found in the back label of every product. You might also want to weight train to tone up, but not everyday. You won 't let your muscles rest, and it 'll cause "burn out, " or you 'll injure yourself. Good luck!

I reccommend the south beach diet. when done correctly you lose about a pound a day. and its all heathy and good for you instead of other diets that are unsafe. it makes sense. and by experience it works really well. just buy a book on it and voila!
