I need a good weight loss routine?

I'm 14 years old going on 15 and just got on summer vacation. I'm 5'9 and weight 210 pounds. I want to know how i can loose weight over the summer before school. also, i cant do any outdoor exercises because my neighborhood is really messed up and can't go out when my parents aren't here, so it will be helpful to list exercises that can be done indoors. Also, i need to know what to eat because my eating habits are probably the worst. I'm really determined to losing weight, and i know it won't happen in a few hours, but i want to know how much weight i can loose in two months. All help is appreciated.

First of all, you probably need to eat more healthy and regarding exercise, there are plenty that can be done indoors, the search engines will probably have some for your to have a look at

Write yourself a goal on comitting to losing weight and put it where you can see it everyday limit yourself to less fattening foods or having a certain amount of calories everyday start with 50 sit ups to work on your stomach, 50 squats, jogging in place for 20 minutes, push ups, and lifting weights do this with a friend and it will help you stick to your goal theres no way to determine how much weight you can lose in 2 months, it all depends on how much you diet and excercise well hope this helps and good luck! :D

You should talk to your doctor before starting anything. Eat about 2,000 calories a day, of anything you want and get about one hour of exercise a day. When you get smaller you will need to adjust your caloric intake .See the Government 's Food pyramid for details.

Find a friend and start walking using an indoor walking video by Leslie Sansone. Then do some yoga. There 's plenty of yoga videos out there. Try your local library or just ask around if anyone has a yoga video you can borrow to find the right kind for you and your friend. And plan on doing this the rest of your life.
