Question: Sauna suit for weight loss?
(Posted by: MasterRuss on 2010-03-11 17:15:09)
I've been using a homemade sauna suit witch consists of a poncho/trash bag, 2 shirts, and 2 light jackets for a little less than a week now. I've been eating right like salads, water, etc. I was wondering since after I sweat like a fat guy stranded in a desert after jogging approximately a mile or so I would lose weight. Or maybe it's just water weight. Please tell if this is the right thing to do. P.S. I always rehydrate after the exercise. Thanks! |

Unless that 's fun, don 't bother. It won 't help you lose weight. Water isn 't the problem. You need to lose fat - and that just takes weeks and weeks. So just do your diet - have some fun exercising - and don 't weigh yourself for a couple weeks - and don 't even be surprised if you haven 't lost anything in that amount of time. Sometimes the body takes a while to start using your fat as energy. |

The sauna suit only takes out water, but if you wanna lose fat and get toned up then just shred some ginger add ovil oil to it and rube it on your body, and just wear the sauna suit...omg i did that for 5 days and i lost 3inchs. |

Don 't you hate it when People just post Ad 's on this thing?!! So here is an answer to your question. When I went to sign up for the army I was 40 lbs over weight. They told me to do the sauna suit thing they said it really helps lose weight. I did not join the army but they said it worked so I would keep with that. hope this helps! |
