I m young grl of 20yrs & my weight is 75kgs i hv tried many ideas to loose weight but evry time it remains constant.so,wt can i do to loose weight.plz help,plz tell me the rate of losing weight in vlcc.

You can do it by exercies & controll diet. It seems you are not much overweight as you does not mentioned your height.

Eat right,excercise more,have a short walk daily for 20 mins,u wil surely see a change in a short time...never even try to eat oily items even once
