Okay, so a quick flashback. About an year ago, I used to weigh about 120 lbs. I exercised, changed my eating habits and today, at the age of 17, I weigh 99 lbs. Now before the weight loss happened, I had nice, chubby cheeks and a glowing skin. My face has lost fat too, and my cheeks were really sunken at a point. My skin had darkened a bit too. So due to exams, I couldn't continue exercising so much, and so well, although I didn't gain weight, my cheeks perked up a little. Not like before, but still, not that sunken haggard look. But I want to get back that glow and those cheeks back without fattening up. Is there any way you can help me? Please. I'm in dire need. I'd appreciate the view of a good nutritionist and doctor.

If you have issues with weight do what I did - try acai berry. The only way is to eat proper food, even if you gain weight from it. If you look haggard, then you 're probably underweight. I guess being a twig is more important than actually looking good, right?

The main thing is not to get pills, i think because pills can harm your body.So you need healthy diet plan and everything will be ok.Here the problem is than many people don 't know what actually is healthy diet plan.If you want I can suggest you one site (It 's not mine).I used this system and here are results. 1st week - 6 lbs 2nd week - 12 lbs 3rd week - 13 lbs.
