One of the most frustrating things about trying to lose weight is that pesky plateau effect! I myself had a baby two years ago, and I found that to get back to my fighting weight, I had to undergo several of those plateaus before I got there. It seems that they can last for months the closer you get to your goal. If your calories are in line with your intended goal weight, you might try bumping the exercise up a bit. If you lean toward aerobics, increase your weight training, and if you already weight train a lot, increase aerobic activity. If you are happy with both your caloric intake and your exercise levels, then just hang in there and wait for your body to decide it 's okay to drop a few more pounds. If you think that your diet could use some more structure, you might want to investigate several different diet plans or meal delivery options. Sometimes we all need that road map to follow to help us make some changes. Best of luck to you! |
