Question: Trying to maintain weight loss but my taste bud isn't?

Trying my very best to maintain the weight loss but i seem to eat everything i feel like eating. i will try to resist it at first but then i always end up into actually eating it. i also tried to eat alot of fruits the whole day so that i won't be hungry and eat something fatty. help!i seriously need advice here.

Losing weight is 70% diet and 30% exercises.if combined both, you can loose lot 's of weight. if you want to loose weight and looking out for some nice weight loss books and free weight lose trials try this out- freebieshealthshop.blogspot.com . i tried acai berry free trial in this site and it worked for me. i lost 5 lbs from just free trial bottle.

It 's so hard but the first few days or maybe weeks are always the hardest, if you can get yourself through them then you have more or less cracked it! Try not to buy any foods that are fattening, but don 't completely restrict
