I'm 13 and I'm a guy I'm 5 foot 5 i weigh 160 I need to know how to lose enough weight in 5 months to be skinny. And what's the weight I should be? I just started puberty not too long ago ( if that helps) What should I eat, and exercises?

Ok, I just turnd 15 and im 6 '3 235 lbs. I know im not average. When I was 13, i was 5 '8 170 lbs. When I was 5 '5, i was lik 130 lbs

This plus some exercise 3 or more times a week :]] it will tone you up and you 'll be FFFIIIINNNNEEE VVVVV The trick to losing weight is to keep your metabolism going fast! To do so, you must eat a small snack every 3 hours [fruit..very low in calories] I find that the best and healthiest way of dieting is as follows: It is a whole food diet. What is a whole food diet? It mostly consists of Vegetables, Fruits and any other NON processed foods. Substitute chicken/ beef with tofu. Most people don 't like the sound of tofu, but I found that with a little bit of flavor it 's delicious! I even put it on my sandwich sometimes instead of having a turkey sandwich. I suggest to keep a juicer in the house, Juice up some carrot juice! drinking a cup a day has many health benefits, Doing all this...you won 't be hungry for a moment in your day and you will lose weight, I do it every day, and I am 125lbs 5 '5 My sister lost 50lbs I 'm not trying to sell a product or anything! :p it 's just the most effective way of losing weight!! I always see people using those jenny craig diet type stuff...and it never works in my opinion, it is your calorie intake and ...lay off the processed foods!
