Im seventeen. 5"5'-1/2. 120lbs. i have a small tummy that i want FLAT. and i have somewhat thunda' thighs. i have a workout routine already, but i just need a healthy diet.

Wait a minute... How come you are not satisfied with your weight? I am 5ft 2in and weigh 120ibs. If you want to get toned, that requires gaining muscle weight and there is nothing wrong with that. Every other day workout. Rest is crucial for the mind and body. If you want to, follow Jillian Michael 's workouts on YOUTUBE. If you are not following through and are not satisfied, then I am sorry to hear that. Wish you look and be safe!
