14 year old weight loss?

I am currently on the weight watchers program. it's been working well. i am almost on my 3rd week. i think i may have the diet part down, but when it comes to exercise, im lost. so far i have been doing this occasionally so probably 3-4 times a week : treadmill- 10 min moderate walking 20-25 min jogging/running 10 min walking. then i usually go over and do like 5 minutes of a mixture of weights and ab work. i know it's not a lot but i just spend so much time on running that i don't have much time left. any suggestions or exercise plans ? thanks (:

You are only 14, you may not need to lose weight. check with your parents to see whether they think it will damage your body. If they say you 're a heffer then simple tripple what you 're doing. What you 're doing is good, but it wouldnt make much difference in such small quantities.

Try pilates or yoga tapes. but, otherwise, you are just 14 and you shouldn 't worry too much about your weight. maybe a team sport like track would be fun. :)
