Well I'm 13. I'm in taekwondo, and I live in a really hot place. I'm 5'4", and weigh 135 pounds. My family's treadmill isn't working, I'm not allowed to get a gym membership for another year, when I'm 14. I have dumb bells, and ankle weights. I can't really change my diet, but I can cut down on my unnecessary foods to the point where I'm not "starving" myself, and putting the food I eat into fat. I do about an hour of taekwondo every day except Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And that's really all the vigorous activity I do the whole week. I have a heavy bag outside for kicks and stuff. I'm not allowed outside to go running, because I might get a heat stroke. I can't go in the evening either because that's when I'm at my Taekwondo class. What I want to do is burn fat, while gaining muscle mass.
