Question: Is this a legit weight loss plan?

So my plan is this. to run/walk a mile every night and then do 20 reps of sit ups crunches bicycles obliques and other similar exercises about 4 times a week. also im going to put an end to junk food. think I can loose weight and tighten up my mid area by mid October?
