When school starts i plan on sleeping around 8-9 o'clock every night. ( Im going to have to teach my body to fall asleep by that time) Then waking up in the morning at 5:30, go for a morning jog 40 mins to an hour. Take a shower, then eat breakfast. ( Oatmeal with fruit, tofu with veggies, sardines w/ broccoli etc. ) Start walking to school at 7am, it is approximately 40 minutes. After school walk to the gym ( approximately 29 minutes ) , exercise for 1-2 hours. Then walk home again ( 30 minutes ) Sleep by 8:30pm or 9pm I am 17 5'5 180 lbs

Splitting the workout is a good idea, but you shouldn 't do it for more than two hours a day. So an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. good luck!
