I'll share my tip for cutting calories: instead of eating chips, bake tortilla bread (2 pieces is 120 calories) and dip in salsa, which is usually about 10 calories or so. all you do is cut the bread (i usually do triangles) and bake for 10 mins on 350 i munch on that, only the 2 pieces. it's nice snack or even lunch when you add black beans to fill you up and if i'm REALLLLY craving something, i take a tiny piece and throw the rest away. i know it's wasteful, but it works to curb the cravings any other tips!? i've lost 7lbs in 2 months. i'm sure i'd lose more if i exercised |

You need to change/ retrain your metabolism. Try eating (responsibly) 6 small meals a day instead of 3 meals a day. This will retrain your metabolism. You answered the other part yourself...exercise. |

Eat many fruits and vegetables, many of the vitamins replenish the body for a good few hours. also drink a cold cold glass of water before a meal so that the water fills you up. STOCK UP on multivitamins, if you dont get your full nutrition from regular food you eat, you 'll regain it back from the multivitamins. Good Luck. |

My weight loss tip is called the "equally-proportioned " tip. When having a meal, make every portion of food about the same size around, which should be pretty small. Now, if everything tastes good together in different combinations, I suggest you divide it up. Let 's say your having steak, mashed potatoes, caesar salad, and broccoli. When you cut a piece of the steak and put it in your mouth, immediately follow after with a smaller spoonful of mashed potatoes, or salad or broccoli. Now on both "sides " use the one that has the least calories and you take a bite for bite until the one lower calorie food portion is gone, and then you throw away the rest. It may be a little wasteful, but it teaches you how to eat right.... Hope I could Help! |
