Best food for weight loss? (good exercises too?)?

Question: Best food for weight loss? (good exercises too?)?

I want to lose a couple pounds pretty fast and i will be, of course, exercising, but i'm wondering what are the best foods to eat. and i don't mean like "weight loss food" like weight watchers popsicles and stuff, but i mean like what sort of fruits, vegetables, and grains should i eat? etc. also if you have any good ways of exercising to recommend that would be great too thanks

Most fruits and vegetables are great for losing weight. You can get information on more specific foods and exercises for weight loss here the-good-doctor.net/ category/ weight-loss/ along with a ton of other weight loss information.

Fruit and veg in large quantities but reduce potato and rice later in the day (they produce long lasting energy which is converted to fat if not used).Lean meat of all types is good (just make sure it is lean/ skin free) and ensure grilled or baked fish is a regular. Grains and cereals are good for earlier in the day as they provide long lasting energy but avoid bread later in the day.
