The websites themselves shouldn 't be used for scientific information...the information they give should have a scientific SOURCE, and that 's what you need to look for. In general, if someone says something scientific but won 't back it up with a simple link or citing of a legit scientific source, don 't listen to them. They may not be wrong or lying, but there 's no way for you to know because they didn 't provide a source! If you have specific questions, I am happy to help you with them...sources included :) Just email me!

If you 're talking about programs like "the diet solution " or "the truth about abs " or any of these, i believe that they are just a lie. now if you 're talking for websites that just give you info about weight loss and some tips, they actually have helpful tips sometimes. you have to learn which websites to trust. i understood that when the website asks you for money it 's not true. they are doing it for the money and not to help people so avoid these websites. that 's my opinion

Not reliable at all! Get away from any of those websites. They are all the same and try to sell you either weight loss pills or some kind of stupid exercise equipment. Get a gym membership, workout hard, and eat healthy. That is the only way to get in shape the right way. Be careful and don 't get scammed. Here is a link to excellent supplements to help you with your workouts or get the vitamins you need. maxmuscle.com/

What you need to do to lose weight: 1) Eat healthy well balanced meals. 3 meals with 2 healthy snacks or 4-7 smaller meals 2) Get plenty of sleep 3) Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water 4) No junk food. No soda. 5) Exercise. That is some reliable information coming from experience. My brother is a personal trainer too.

They are a rip off in my opinion. When it comes to losing weight the ONLY solution is to exercise, eat healthy, and stick to it. There is NO quick fix for losing weight. It won 't happen overnight or even in a week. It takes time and dedication. Those websites are just trying to make you believe that it 'can ' be easy if only you pay them so much of your hard earned money. Go spend your money on some salad and a treadmill instead.
