I am not a fan of taking diet, but I need a push. I work out and eat well. looking for some help... I am not a fan of taking diet pills, but I need a push. I work out 6 times a week and eat well (1500 cal- 2000cal per day). looking for some help...

Phentermine. I was working out and eating less and wasn 't really losing anything. When I added this I lost almost 30 pounds. It is prescribed by a doctor, one doctor wouldn 't give it to me, so I just went to another. I have to get my blood pressure checked once a month but it is totally worth it.

Kiki, it 's your diet and your habits. You see, If you really want to transform your physique and your health forever, you must change your lifestyle, change your habit. And all that starts in your own mind . You can see people who are thin for life. What kind of life they do? In fact, if you think about it, all the people i know personally who has a great way of life ( health & love ),i realice that is a mindset that they have, and that mindset carry a fitness habit and allow them to live the health that they want.
