Question: Green tea and weight loss?

Does green tea aid with weight loss when drank along with a healthy diet and exercise? If so, how? Thanks in advance. |

Actually i have problem going to z toilet and i always look like pregnant i tried different kind of medicine but since 2 years i drink first thing in the morning green tea that i boil a lot and also before i go to bed and honestly it did help me to loose weight and my shape is much much better. good luck! j! |

I love green tea especially with honey but i rather drink it with no milk just the water and the tea flavor omg is 3am and want tea lol |

Yes-green tea helps lower your apetite and quicken your metabolism--I recommend you have a cup when you are feeling snackish. I have at least one cup a day before I have breakfast-It makes me feel wonderful! |

They did a study on it. It takes 6 cups a day to make you burn any more calories than you would with out it. and its only 70 more!??! thats not very much if you ask me and 6cups a day holy sh*T.. i dont know if it tastes that good to be drinkin 6 cups of it a day hahaha.. so ya if you drink 6 cups of it it will make you burn 70 more calories in a day. |
