Question: Best fast weight loss pill?

I need a FAST weight loss pill. Whats the best? I know it may not be healthy but right now health isn't my biggest concern. My doctor will be closely monitoring me so health isn't my concern. Please help me out. Also if you know a way to lose weight fast wither its a pill or not I need to know. I need to lose it for my health... I am already on a very restricted diet. I have Celiac and Type 1 diabetes. I only drink water. No juice or soda. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
